1.  What kind of base does the machine have?

The machine bed is solidly constructed from high quality cast iron, heat treated and stress relieved for lifetime accuracy and years of reliable, trouble-free operation. A high-rigidity honeycomb structure improves overall machine rigidity and dampens vibration.

2.  What kind of dressers are available on the centerless grinder?

Two-axis CNC dressers available on both the grinding wheel and regulating wheel.  Rotary dressing is an available option.

3.  What kind of wheel spindles are used on the TGS-CL-6020?

Our centerless grinder includes anti-friction roller bearing wheel spindles. 

4.  How much does the machine weigh?

 The TGS-CL-6020 centerless grinder weighs 17,000 lbs. (8,000 kg).

5.  What is the lead time on a standard machine?

Our centerless grinding machines are in stock in our Warren, MI manufacturing facility.

6.  Where are the centerless grinding machines built?

 The machines are built in Warren, MI.

7.  Do you stock spare parts?

 All spare parts are stocked in Warren Michigan.

8.  What is the maximum infeed length?

The maximum infeed length 200 mm.

9.  Do you offer 24-hour service?

 We have 14 service engineers and a 24-hour emergency hotline. 

10.  Can you test grind parts?

 We have a dedicated test grinding machine.
